The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager of RV Operations to launch and lead our Phoenix location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to manage teams and vehicles, and is energized by growth. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from operations to team building, vehicle readiness, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations: fleet maintenance, logistics, customer service, and inventory management.
Build and manage a high-performing team (techs, drivers, support staff).
Ensure all vehicles are clean, documented, and ready for rental or delivery.
Foster strong relationships with RV owners, providing clear and consistent communication.
Coordinate vehicle handoffs, turnarounds, and deliveries.
Monitor and optimize key operational and financial metrics.
Lead hiring, onboarding, and scheduling for your location.
Collaborate with HQ to implement tools and systems across sites.
Support fleet growth via onboarding new units and assisting with local outreach.
Handle escalated issues and coordinate with tech support and vendors for fast resolution.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, automotive, or RV sectors.
Proven leadership in hands-on environments (fleet, rental, or service-based ideal).
Familiarity with vehicle repair, maintenance, and inspection workflows.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion, Motion, and CRM platforms.
Budget-savvy and results-oriented.
Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style setting.
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
Compensation & Benefits
💵 Competitive base salary: $60,000–$100,000, based on experience
