About the Company
Our client is a small but fast-growing AI-powered software startup supporting consulting, finance, and enterprise clients. They build intelligent automation tools that help teams save time and work smarter.
As they scale, they’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Support Analyst to manage client support tickets and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Position Summary
You’ll handle client support tickets, assist internal teams with scheduling and documentation, and coordinate simple vendor and logistics tasks.
This is a hands-on role in a lean international team where adaptability, communication, and follow-through are key.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Ticket Management
Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely, professional responses.
Escalate or coordinate ticket resolutions across technical and operations teams.
Track issues, update FAQs, and identify opportunities for automation.
Operational Support & Coordination
Execute recurring operational and administrative tasks.
Support scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
Maintain and update internal process documentation (Notion, Google Docs).
Vendor & Logistics Assistance
Assist with vendor communication, assessment, and onboarding.
Maintain records and documentation for vendor relationships.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
1–3 years of experience in operations, support, or administrative coordination.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets).
Familiarity with support ticket systems (HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk) is a plus.
Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or a strong interest in learning them.

What We Offer
💵 Payment in USD (monthly contractor basis).
💰 Salary range: USD 1,000 – 1,400/month, depending on experience.
🗓 Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for LATAM time zones.
